Seven liberal-arts foundation courses prepare you for leadership roles. Choose courses from within four rubrics.
Ratiocination. One three-credit course in college level mathematics or quantitative and formal reasoning.
Economics. One three-credit course in economics.
Communication. One three-credit course in writing and one three-credit corse in other communication
such as speaking or non-verbal communication.
Human Architectures. Three three-credit courses with intrapersonal, interpersonal, or sociostructural topics.

Four program elements which help you to increase your understanding of personal and social responsibility and to practice for leadership roles.
Emerging Leaders Program. This is a ten-week, 2-hour per week, non-credit leadership development program.
