Tempest supports two classes of users, privileged and normal users. The privileged user class is intended for those professors who donated research funds in support of this project. The normal user class is intended for the other professors, postdocs, visitors, and graduate students who have joined a research group. Professors who are interested in becoming privileged members are encouraged to contact the system administrators.
