Spin-mediated coupling in hybrid magnetic, organic and oxide structures

Applications are solicited for an experimental Postdoctoral Research Associate for a newly funded MURI program to explore room-temperature spin-mediated coupling in hybrid magnetic, organic and oxide structures. The program is a collaboration between the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Iowa, U. Missouri-Columbia, UC Berkeley and New York University. Work at Pittsburgh will involve optical and scanning probe characterization of these hybrid structures. This position provides an excellent opportunity to conduct frontier research in an interdisciplinary collaborative environment.
