Location
The conference will be held at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion, Pennsylvania, in the beautiful Laurel Highlands mountains of Pennsylvania. The 70-mile (110 km) Laurel Highlands hiking trail (in the same terrain as the Appalachian trail) has a trailhead at the Seven Springs resort. Activities at the resort include golf, tennis, horseback riding, alpine slide, and swimming.

Near the resort are the famous Fallingwater house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa, Ohiopyle whitewater rafting and rock climbing (e.g., click here or here), and historic Ligonier.
Directions
Seven Springs Mountain Resort is located approximately one hour east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. One of the best ways to see the Laurel Highland area of Pennsylvania is by car; rental cars are available at the Pittsburgh International Airport. The conference site is also approximately 4 hours driving distance from Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA.
Shuttle buses from the airport to the conference center will also be available. To arrange a shuttle bus ride to or from the conference, please indicate this in your registration.
Directions by car:
From the Pennsylvania turnpike (highway 76) take exit 91 (Donegal). Turn left off the exit ramp (Routes #711 and 31); approximately 2 miles, turn right on Route #711; follow 711 for about 2 miles; at the Star Market in Champion, turn left; follow the signs to Seven Springs (approximately 8 miles) on the right.
