Pre-registration deadline: March 15, 2004

The registration fee includes the breakfast and lunch each day and the conference banquet on Wednesday evening.  Shuttle bus from and to the airport is also included, if arranged in advance.

Registration by March 15, 2004 $515 On-site registration $565 Student Registration by March 15, 2004 $150 Conference hotel per night, single occupancy $98 Conference hotel per night, double occupancy $73 Fallingwater tour $20 (Two alternative activities are planned for Thursday afternoon.  Participants may choose either hiking or biking along the Youghiogheny river, at no cost, or a tour of the Frank Lloyd Wright Fallingwater house, at a cost of $20.)
