a minimalistic credits sequence for a short 8mm film "matter" I have made.
My production trailer "norbert" in mpeg (650 kb), should be played at a quarter of the normal speed. (otherwise the file is just too big).

I used Berkeley's mpeg_encode, but I can't get rid of all the flickering using a range of 65 and a slicing pattern IBBPBBPBBPBBPB.

A program reads two pictures: the background and the film frame, it first makes a 3D object and projects that image in perspective.
