Dearest,

happiness seems to escape me. In the dark days before
Christmas the candles are lit. Every time a warm
feeling covers me like a blanket the fear of cold
creeps under it and makes me shiver. However, I admit
even a hypochondriac like me has his moments of
happiness; the moments when there is no reason to
move; the moments when the brain stops; the moments
when future and past disappear.
Anyway, I just want to wish everybody a happy Christmas.
Forget the advertisements and remember mankind, it is
the thought that counts.

We meet at 9.00h to catch the train to Hebden Bridge.

Some resevoirs and Stoodley Pike, brings us back to the
canal which is followed back to Hebden Bridge.

hills around, in and out of the first valley, down
