WIYN 3.5m WHIRC Observing Report for  2013/03/21

Summary:

domes closed due to threatening clouds for most of the night.  
We opened in the morning and had about 1 hour of observing time 
where we observed SNhunt175 in H.

Notes:

It took a while for the dome to air out.  The first 10 or so images 
of SNhunt175 have seeing between 1.1"-1.4".  We were also changing 
the focus quite a bit.  Things settled down and we had seeing around
.6"-.8".
