WIYN 3.5m WHIRC Observing Report for 2013/04/29

Notes:

Some trouble at the beginning of the night with WHIRC.  After taking an exposure
the pixels were reading zero counts.  This problem somehow fixed itself.  Going
to keep an eye on the background levels to make sure there is not drift in the 
counts.  There are lots of junk images in this folder as a result. We only
lost about half an hour due to this.

Accidently left some focus images on a nearby bright star with the name 2013ar.

For the J dither of 2013bq the name is accidentily 2013bqe
