WIYN 3.5m WHIRC Observing Report for 2013/06/17

Notes:

The skype name has changed to "Kitt Peak NOAO WIYN Station 1."

The background level counts seem really high in Ks.  I had to 
decrease the exposure time to 20s just to get them below 10,000.
I am not sure if the images from 2013cs will be of any use.

It seems we were drifting a little out of focus in 2013da H.  The
temperature dropped ~1 degree.  Had to bump it up by ~40 units. 
We fixed it in J.

Took some flats with the lamp off in Ks to see if the background is any lower.
It was better with counts around 3000 instead of 5000.
